The Transaction was the last part of the VC pitch deck course. I had no idea investors needed such few information, yet concise and clearly explained, to make a decision.
I am glad I now know to create a full pitch deck. And I am looking forward to applying everything I’ve learnt to develop and pitch my team’s business idea.

Very interesting! However, I would have liked to have more detailed information on the valuation, particularly on the technicalities around it.

Asking for funds in a way that VCs are used to is paramount. What I liked about this unit are the pointers on how much to ask, how to express valuation, and so on.

Although it’s quite brief, I like how this unit goes to the point and helps us avoid mistakes most of us a probably bound to make – especially on valuation!

Through videos and real-world cases, this course gave me a much clearer understanding of what the transaction page does.

I liked the video that clearly explains what is the purpose of the transaction page. In particular, I liked the videos with examples of failed and (seemingly) successful pitches from TV shows. Also, the real-life examples of financial pages are of great use.

Very interesting to see the importance of the transaction, to understand the importance of properly assessing one’s needs, to have a consistent BP for the valuation of the company. TytchMe gives valuable advice for a successful transaction!
