Minimum Viable Company

Very interesting read on a VC opinion regarding when to scale a company. Having a Minimum Viable Company (e.g: Product Market Fit) requires all three of a good Value Proposition, a product that satisfies the Ecosystem Demands and a Business Model that generates revenues to sustain the business. It is then that it makes sense to start scaling the company.

Thanks for the share, Ignasi. It’s a great illustration of the principle that you need to build a company, not a product. We have many resources on that point across our courses, with quotes from legendary investors and even HBO Silicon Valley’s Peter Gregory.
